Needle Felting Commissions

Hello and Welcome! Thank you for your interest in a needle felted commission.

going in, please keep in mind…

  • These commissions are still experimental and I am making them between other work; turnaround time may be longer than expected if complications arise, or I may decline jobs I don’t care to make or don’t have room for in my schedule.

  • Currently I am working with a smooth textured style and won’t work with a more fur-like texture or curly, long hair (i.e. a shaggy, long-haired dog). I can make the suggestion of shaggy fur with small tufts.

  • I cannot guarentee delivery time for holidays, birthdays, or other events.

  • Please have references (visual or descriptive) ready when sending an inquiry, I cannot give a quote (or put you on my schedule) without them.

  • My needle felted sculptures are not suitable for children or pets, and may contain sharp elements.

  • Prices are more or less on a case-by-case basis, the following are some example quotes from past work so you know what to expect:

rats

Full size rat felts come with whiskers and poseable tails. If you have a preferred position, visual references are greatly appreciated!

6” rat, tufts suggesting rex fur - $140

6” rat, curled position with stand and props - $160

1” rat orb - $75

2~3 months working time with monthly updates

other pets

6” dog, solid color, seated, simplified paws - $160 (rats not included)

3” cat with scarf, simplified paws, simplied markings - $110

2~3 months working time with monthly updates

3” cat “chunk,” simple tabby stripes, whiskers - $110

2” mini hamster, simple shape and details - $100

~1 month working time

finer details

  • Payment will be through PayPal invoices, either 100% upfront on project start date with shipping later, or 1/2 on project start and 1/2 + shipping on project completion.

  • I am happy to do revisions for coat patterns and minor details, but not for pose, proportion, etc.

  • If you cancel your order while it is in-progress, and receive a refund, I reserve the right to finish the project, which may have likeness to your pet or character, and sell it separately to make up for lost time.
